It is first of all important to use the CHROME browser if possible for best results (Run the World platform works best with the Chrome Browser).
Secondly, make sure you have a strong and consistent internet connection where you are viewing. Having weak or unstable internet connection where you are viewing is often a common reason for glitches and buffering.
Turn off any other devices to free up more bandwidth for the live stream. If you are using your smartphone, check how many internet bars you have. You may want to try moving into a location where the internet connection is strongest.
We will be emailing all attendees phone contacts to have as a reference if they are still having technical problems after trying the above tips.
